At N JOY STAGING we offer a variety of different services to suit each individual need and budget.  Every project starts with a consultation, and from there you can decide what level of support you desire, from a detailed report of recommended changes, personal shopping, furniture placement, and putting you in touch with contractors. See our variety of services below.  We would be more than happy to discuss all options with you via telephone or email. 



Basic Consultations: $75.00
  • For the homeowner who has the time and energy to prepare their own home.
  • NJoyStaging will provide a basic walk through, inside and out.
  • We discuss which of the services will be most beneficial to you.
Advanced Consultations: Starting at $200.00
  • We review your property making notes and taking pictures.
  • We return a detailed report within 48 hours, outlining everything you need to do to stage your property and resource recommendations should you need to do painting, repairs, or improvements.
  • For those who want extra assistance, NJoyStaging can assist you in doing this work and co-ordinating outside contractors.
Occupied and Vacant Properties $TBD
  • Furniture placement
  • Window treatments
  • Placement of artwork
  • Lighting recommendations
  • De-cluttering and deep cleaning recommendations
  • Assist with existing furnishings and accessory placement
  • Assist with coordination of furniture/accessory rental delivery and pick up
Personal Shopping $50.00
  • NJoyStaging offers “personal shopping” for clients that do not have the time or expertise.

  • We offer a list of recommended professional contractors throughout the St. Louis metropolitan area.
